Full Wedding Planning

At One Oake, our signature full planning service is designed to guide you through every stage of your wedding journey, from initial ideas through to the wedding day itself. From sourcing the right venue and bringing together your trusted supplier team, to managing the planning, logistics and finer details. I’ll be by your side throughout, ensuring every element is thoughtfully considered and brought together.

    Throughout the planning process, you’ll have access to my trusted network of carefully selected suppliers, ongoing communication and support, and guidance on the elements that matter most to you. Your personalised wedding planning portal will keep everything in one place, from key details and decisions to planning progress, giving you a clear view of your wedding at every stage.

    On the wedding day, my team and I will oversee the plans, suppliers and logistics behind the scenes, ensuring everything is coordinated as intended and allowing you to enjoy the celebration without needing to manage the details yourself.

    Investment

    Full-service planning is priced at 12% - 15% of your overall wedding budget spend, with a minimum fee of £8,000 applied.

    This reflects the scope and complexity of your wedding, including factors such as single or multi-day celebrations, marquee or venue-based weddings.

    Following an initial complimentary consultation, you’ll receive a tailored proposal and detailed quote outlining the planning service for your wedding.

    The weddings featured in our portfolio typically range from £80,000 upwards

Available at any stage of your planning journey, it provides experienced support and practical guidance while allowing you to remain closely involved in the decisions that matter to you.

    • You’ve already made a start on your wedding plans but would value expert guidance to refine the details and bring everything together.

    • You’d like a professional eye over your plans to identify any gaps, offer practical advice and help you make confident decisions.

I’ll coordinate suppliers, manage the timeline and oversee the plans you’ve put in place, ensuring everything is brought together as intended so you can enjoy your wedding without having to manage the details yourself.
