From the initial consultation through to the wedding day I give you the time, care and dedication needed so that we can expertly deliver on your day leaving you to relax and enjoy knowing you have a personal team of experts looking after you. Full Planning
One Oake’s ‘signature’ package offers everything you will require to have a stress free and enjoyable wedding planning experience, in the hands of a dedicated and professional wedding planner.
From our consultation call through to the end of your wedding day, I will be there on hand to expertly guide and work with you through out your wedding planning journey. You will receive dedicated care and attention throughout to make sure that your wedding is what you have always envisioned.

Regular face to face meetings and Zoom calls through out the planning process, as well as unlimited email contact with Aimée, so you are always kept up to date.

Access to my little black book of the best suited suppliers for your wedding. Giving you peace of mind knowing that your suppliers are trusted and knowledgeable about their craft.

Assistance with the styling and design of your wedding to help bring your mood board to life.

Full on site wedding day management giving you both a stress free day that flows smoothly and seamlessly, so that you don’t have to worry about anything on your wedding day.

The Full planning services includes all of the above but is not limited to these services.
Investment is 10% of your overall budget, a minimum fee of £6,000 applies.
You will receive a bespoke proposal and quote after our initial consultation.
Bespoke Planning
If you are keen to plan the majority of your wedding yourselves, but require support and guidance in a few key areas, then this tailored package will provide you with the flexibility you need. This service can be booked at any point of your planning and is very similar to a partial planning service.

Investment for this service varies depending on the level of help required.
You will receive a full proposal, quote and breakdown of your tailored service after an initial consultation.
On the day management
Also knows as 'On the day coordination' This service is for couples who have planned their wedding themselves, sourced all of their suppliers and just need help in the final few weeks to bring it all together.
In the run up to your day, you may begin to feel the pressure. You may be worried about timelines, suppliers and even the finer details. The on the day management service can ease those stresses and allow you to enjoy the build up to your wedding knowing that your wedding will be managed by a professional.
This service would usually be booked 6 months in advance of your wedding date allowing us to finalise all details and make sure everything is ready for the big day.
This service is for you if:

You have planned your wedding and want to be able to hand your plans over to a professional who can expertly run the day for you so that you can enjoy the countdown to your wedding and the day itself.
Here's what you can enjoy when you choose On the Day Management:

A dedicated professional wedding planner to help you with finalising your wedding plans, so that you have more time to focus on enjoying the build up to your big day.

A site visit of the venue with Aimée so that we can all walk through all the wedding details together.

Management of all of your suppliers on the day and creation of a full wedding day schedule that will be signed off by yourselves and all suppliers involved. So that you can relax knowing everyone is on the same page.

Professional wedding planner and coordinator providing a minimum of 10 hours on site wedding day management (option to upgrade for full day is available). Giving you both peace of mind knowing you can have a stress free day that flows smoothly and seamlessly so that you don't have to worry about anything on your wedding day.

Investment for this service is from £1,800 and is dependant on the level of support and logistics of the wedding. You will receive a bespoke proposal and quote after an initial call.
'Ask Aimee'
This is my virtual planning service that offers you all the advice you need for your wedding without leaving the house!
This service is for couples wanting to plan their own wedding but feel they may need some advice or guidance along the way.
I will be your planning mentor, available to answer any queries, provide recommendations and ensure all bases are covered. Whether, for example, its help with a venue search, sourcing suppliers, wedding day timeline or budget guidance I can provide my professional knowledge, recommendations, and guidance to help. Best of all you can get the advice as little or as often as you need it and whenever you need it.
“Ask Aimee” runs as a pay as you plan service. You can hire me at any point of your wedding planning for as little as 1 hour up to 15 hours and you can use this time however you want.
By booking this service you are not tied to any of my current planning services.
The “Ask Aimee” service:

Is conducted over a Zoom call for a set amount of time (agreed in advance). You are in control of the topic of conversation.

Can be booked for a set amount of time and scheduled in advance. For example, book 6 hours and schedule 1 per month.

Includes a follow up email after each session covering what was talked about and, if required, a PDF document with recommendations etc.

Wedding planning advice on what you need help with from a professional wedding planner. Allowing you to have the advice as and when you need it, not being tied to a service or package and free to use at any point in your planning. Giving you both peace of mind knowing you have a professional on speed dial.
